Kristy serves as the Chief Financial Officer of NCC and oversees all of the financial aspects of the building process. She is the liaison for all financial questions from clients, vendors and subcontractors. Kristy is also a native Nashvillian and has been working in the industry for over 20 years. When clients are asked about working with Kristy they unanimously agree that she is quick to respond to questions, is easily accessible and in general is a joy to work with on all things financial.

Sam is Vice-President of Construction and in that role is the ultimate supervisor of all NCC superintendents and the first point of contact on the management team for the client. A native Texan, Sam has been working in the homebuilding industry for over 25 years, beginning his career as a carpenter prior to joining NCC. Clients appreciate Sam for his attention to detail, his understanding of the needs of clients during the building process, and his can-do attitude.
